Previously Enjoyed Dresses-CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. All Dresses are sold "as is"

2. Delivery can be arranged and the cost will be calculated according to the area in which it needs to be delivered to

3. A courier can be arranged and the cost will be calculated according to the area in which it needs to be couriered to

4. All prices quoted are not inclusive of delivery, courier, alteration, dry cleaning and packageing costs

5. The dress will be issued in a dress bag (the cost of the dress bag is not included in the dress price)

6. We do not offer an alteration or tailoring service but can reccommend a reputable tailor that you may make use of

7. Sizes given are the only available size that the dress can be purchased in

6. The imported dresses can be tailor made to best suit your specific size- provided that you provide the correct measurements-please refer to our measurement guide page.We will not be held liable for the incorrect dresses received due to incorrect sizes provided

7. We at Candy Couture strive to provide the highest level of quality but cannot be held responsible for a supplier or manufacturers fault.

8. Dresses should be ordered at least 3-4 months beforehand to ensure that they arrive before the brides wedding date .

9. Returns will be accepted and a dress can be exchanged provided that the original item being returned is not damaged or altered in any way AND that the original dress has been sold to another customer and the funds thereof can be recoupped.

10.Once an order has been made you will receive and order notification via e-mail

11. Once the order notification has been sent to the customer, the customer is required to pay a 50% deposit payment and send proof of payment through

12. Once proof of payment has been received the required dress will be acquired

13. The correct delivery details should be provided and candy couture will not be held liable for the dress ending up at the wrong destination should the incorrect details be given.

14. We will communicate with our customers regarding thier orders via e-mail and SMS so it is very important that the correct cellphone number and e-mail address are provided.

15. Cancellations:

Dresses can be cancelled within 24hours of proof of payment being sent, therafter charges will be incurred.

Thereafter no refund will be given

16. Candy Couture reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, for any reason. Orders are often cancelled if they cannot be filled as requested in time for the wear date or ian item is no longer available for any reason.

17. Returns cannot be made for the following reasons:

"It doesnt look as pretty as the picture"

"I don't like the fabric"

"Not as beautiful as I expected"

Man-made damage (washing, wearing, alterations etc.)

If any changes have been made to the original design

More than 3 days have lapsed since the bride has received the dress

18. Should an item be returned it must be sent to us in the condition in which it was received otherwise no returns will be upheld

19. If any damages are noted they should be sent via e-mail to candy couture accompanied with photographs as proof.
